Barik NFC 2.24

The Bizkaiko Garraio Partzuergoaren's mobile application allows you to consult and top-up your Barik card through NFC-enabled smartphones or other mobile devices. It can be used for any type of service (transport and others), at any time (24/7), from any geographical location, and without the need for physical network points (such as vending machines, sales points, top-up machines).

This fully customized application for your mobile device provides the following features:

• New interface according to Android guidelines
• Consult any Barik card content by simply approaching your phone
• View the last 30 transactions
• Check card types and related data
• Instant purchase and top-up of money balance
• Instant purchase and top-up of monthly passes
• Advance purchase and top-up of monthly passes (up to 4 days in advance)
• Consult the transportation system map
• Secure payment via credit/debit cards
• Secure payment through Bizum, without re-entering bank card details repeatedly (see www.bizum.es)
• Purchase receipt in PDF format
• Reflect online purchases made on the Barik card
• User notifications for pending transactions

Payments are protected as a 'secure store' and are directed through the BBVA/RedSys platform.

To use this application, you will need a terminal with NFC technology and an Android 4.4 or above operating system. Due to the extensive list of terminals available, compatibility with some devices cannot be guaranteed. In that case, proper functionality of the application cannot be assured.
